How do I get started?

Getting started is easy:

  • Step 1: Create a free account - you'll receive 100 bonus credits instantly
  • Step 2: Paste your AI-generated text into the humanize tool
  • Step 3: Click "Humanize Text" and get natural-sounding results in seconds

Your 100 free credits are enough to humanize approximately 133 words!

Do I need to install anything?

No! Natura is a completely web-based platform. Just visit our website, create an account, and start humanizing text immediately. It works on any device with a modern web browser—desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.

How does the pricing work?

Natura uses a simple pay-as-you-go model:

  • Humanization: 0.75 credits per word (4 words = 3 credits)
  • AI Detection: 3 free detections per day, then 3 words = 1 credit
  • Purchase: 2 credits = ₦1 Nigerian Naira
  • Minimum: ₦500 (1,000 credits)

Example: ₦1,000 = 2,000 credits = approximately 2,666 words humanized

Do credits expire?

No, never! Your credits remain in your account indefinitely. Buy credits once and use them whenever you need them—whether that's tomorrow, next month, or next year.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve)
  • Bank transfers
  • USSD
  • Mobile money

All payments are secured and encrypted.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the digital nature of our service, we generally do not offer refunds once credits are purchased. However, if you experience technical issues or were incorrectly charged, please contact our support team at support@beck-ai.com and we'll resolve it promptly.

What are the word limits?

Humanization:

  • Minimum: 50 words
  • Maximum: 3,000 words per request

AI Detection:

  • Minimum: 100 words
  • Maximum: 750 words per request

For longer documents, simply split them into chunks and process them separately!

How many free AI detections do I get?

Every user gets 3 free AI detections per day. After using your free detections, additional detections cost 1 credit per 3 words.

The free detection counter resets daily at midnight UTC, so you'll get 3 fresh free detections every 24 hours!

Does Natura work with all AI text generators?

Yes! Natura works with content generated by any AI tool, including:

  • ChatGPT (GPT-3.5, GPT-4)
  • Claude
  • Google Bard/Gemini
  • Jasper
  • Copy.ai
  • Any other AI writing tool

🔧 Technical Questions

Is my content secure and private?

Absolutely! We take your privacy seriously:

  • Your text is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections
  • We do not store your humanized text permanently
  • We do not share your content with third parties
  • We do not use your text to train AI models

Your content is yours. We simply process it and return the results to you.

How long does humanization take?

Most requests are processed in 5-15 seconds, depending on text length and server load. Longer texts (2,000-3,000 words) may take up to 30 seconds.

You'll see a real-time progress indicator while your text is being processed.

What languages do you support?

Currently, Natura supports English text only. We're working on adding support for more languages in the future, including Spanish, French, German, and others.

👤 Account & Support

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. Check your spam folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. You can delete your account at any time by going to your Profile Settings in the dashboard. Note that any remaining credits will be forfeited upon deletion and this action cannot be undone.
