1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Natura ("Platform", "Service", "we", "our", or "us"), including our website at beck-ai.com and all related services.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

Users under 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Platform, minors affirm they have obtained such consent.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.3 One Account Per User

You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits, credit restrictions, or other Platform rules.

4. Description of Service

Natura provides:

• AI Text Humanization: Converting AI-generated text into natural, human-like writing
• AI Detection: Analyzing text to determine AI probability scores
• Credit System: Pay-as-you-go model for accessing services

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing Model

Natura operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system:

• 2 credits = ₦1 Nigerian Naira
• Humanization: 0.75 credits per word
• AI Detection: 3 free per day, then 3 words = 1 credit
• Minimum purchase: ₦500 (1,000 credits)

5.2 No Refunds

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits never expire and remain in your account for future use. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using purchased credits, contact support@beck-ai.com within 7 days for resolution.

5.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Paystack. By making a purchase, you agree to Paystack's terms and conditions. We do not store your payment card information.

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased. You will be notified of price changes via email and platform announcement.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

6.1 You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform to violate any laws or regulations
• Submit content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Submit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access restrictions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without written permission
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Submit content containing hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Use the Platform to generate spam or misleading content

6.2 Academic Integrity

While we provide tools to humanize AI-generated text, users are solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with academic integrity policies, workplace rules, and applicable regulations. We do not endorse or encourage academic dishonesty.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Platform Ownership

The Platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Natura and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.

7.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the text you submit for processing. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your text solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7.3 Output Content

The humanized text output belongs to you. However, you acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may not be eligible for copyright protection under some jurisdictions. You are responsible for verifying compliance with applicable copyright laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of results
• Warranties that humanized text will pass all AI detection systems

We do not guarantee that humanized text will be undetectable by all AI detection tools. Detection algorithms constantly evolve, and effectiveness may vary.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NATURA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Business interruption or loss of opportunities
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ₦10,000, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Natura, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit through the Platform

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time by contacting support@beck-ai.com. Unused credits will be forfeited upon account deletion.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse or misuse the Platform
• Fail to pay for services rendered

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@beck-ai.com to attempt informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.3 Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Lagos, Nigeria, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via:

• Email notification to your registered address
• Prominent notice on the Platform
• Updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page

Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the Platform.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Natura regarding use of the Platform.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
