When you purchase credits, payment processing is handled by Paystack, our payment processor. We do not store your credit card numbers or banking details on our servers. Paystack collects and processes:

• Credit/debit card information
• Bank account information (for bank transfers)
• Billing address

We receive only transaction confirmation data (transaction reference, amount, status) from Paystack.

2.3 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information about your device and usage patterns:

• IP address and approximate location

• Device type and operating system
• Pages visited and time spent on Platform
• Referring website
• Credits purchased and used
• Word count of processed text (not the actual text content)

2.4 Text Content

When you use our humanization or AI detection services, we temporarily process your text input. Important:

• Your text is processed in real-time and returned to you immediately
• We do not permanently store your humanized or detected text content
• We do not use your text to train AI models or machine learning algorithms
• Text processing logs are automatically deleted within 24 hours for security auditing purposes only

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform services
• Process your transactions and manage your account
• Send you account-related emails (confirmations, notifications, technical updates)

• Paystack: Payment processing
• Ryne.ai: AI text processing API (receives only text content, no personal identifiers)

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.

Text processing data is automatically deleted within 24 hours. Transaction records are retained for 7 years to comply with Nigerian financial regulations.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@beck-ai.com, and we will delete it immediately.

9. International Users

Our Platform is operated from Nigeria. If you're accessing the Platform from outside Nigeria, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Nigeria where our servers are located. By using the Platform, you consent to this transfer.
